If you are resident of Delhi then you can surely get a good branch and a good college under IPU, else the chances are quite negligible. There is reservation for delhiites and last year closing rank for IPU was 22215 for Delhi students and may reach a similar number this year.
Hope the answer was helpful. Good luck!

Dear,
It's difficult to confirm which college you will get with such rank. Chances of top college are less. So you can fill the form and take part in counselling or can take admission directly on management seat basis.

Your chances are too less to get the admission on considering your rank in IPU exam. May be there will be some reservation quota seats on which you can think about getting enrolled in any college. Do counselling with end round of colleges if seats will be there you will surely get enrolled.

Hello Diljot,
Your rank is quite good in IPU exam. There are some colleges which you can seek for admission in CSE or IT stream but you have to wait for the last round of counselling which might be there in late august.
Colleges where you have chances to get enrolled are :-
MSIT
GTBIT
BVCOE
ASET.

Refer to Overall CLAT by Rajneesh Singh. This book is very well framed for CLAT aspirants.

It is really contingent upon the spot counselling. Fingers crossed. 40% chance of getting it.
