If you are Delhi resident then you have some chances that you might fetch a seat under GGSIPU. But if you are from other state, then i will have to say that it is quite impossible for you get a seat ij college under ipu.

You should Jadavpur University first.Chances are less but you may get production there. Or participate in central counselling and get admission in any nit or IIIT.

Yes, your rank is sufficient enough to get you into a reputed college under IPU. So, go for the counselling. You'll get more benefits if you are Delhi resident.

IPU main campus, Dwarka doesn't offer BCA. It has other colleges which are affiliated to it. Kindly check for last year's cutoffs and also the colleges under IPU which offer BCA, u can check them at-

If you are from general category, then check for GNGNO column in the list.
The procedure for admission is online counselling and for the counselling procedure, kindly stay updated with- www.ipuadmissions.nic.in. The counselling will start from 13th June, 2017.
