Yes, you can go for B.Tech in Biotechnology even if you didn't have Mathematics as a subject during your 10+2. Apart from IITs and NITs, you will be eligible for government institutes. You may be required to clear the entrance examinations for getting enrolled into the college.

Hi Aditya, Minimum Educational qualification for AA is that the candidates must have a minimum of 10+2 degree Certificate with 60% or more marks in aggregate from any recognised institution.

IP University, Delhi, usually takes admission via IPU CET but nowadays they are giving admission on CLAT scores as well, so, if you are applying for CLAT you can simultaneously fill the IP UNIVERSITY forms as well and accordingly you will be allotted the college.
