Yes, Indian students can stay back in Ireland after completing their studies at ATU. They'll need a Stamp 1G visa to stay back in Ireland after studies and seek graduate level employment.
The scheme is open to students who have studied and completed a degree at NFQ Level 8, or above.

ICD Dublin is not known to offer on-campus housing to Indian students. However, it does help find affordable housing near the campus. A deposit worth EUR 500 to EUR 1,000 (INR 55.5 K to INR 1.1 Lakhs) usually applies to confirm housing.

The B-school does not release any official figures regarding the acceptance rate. However, considering its standard academic and English language requirements (IELTS score required - 6.0), getting a seat here should not prove difficult.
