Jain University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is a deemed-to-be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. While Jain University's courses are based on AICTE recommendations, I couldn't find explicit information confirming its approval by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
