VIT Amravati is the best option for others. Because it has good placement records. As of now the highest package is INR 62 lpa and the average package is INR 5 LPA.

Sorry to say but most of the universities and colleges including the Government College demand fees of more than 2 Lacs for the course for B.Sc. in textile design. But there is a Diploma course in textile design which you can do which has a course fees of around 25K for the whole two years. I would recommend you to go to some government college like BHU for this.
