That depends if there is a tie-up with your college and the institute where you would like a transfer. Also, you should check with your institute if lateral entry is allowed with your institute and the target institute.

A regular course is always better as compared to an evening course and holds more value in any industry. I would advise that you should go for a regular course whether it's in Noida or Jaipur campus.
