The choice would depend upon your academic or career objectives. JNTU Kukatpally is an established engineering university with a strong curriculum and experienced faculty, good placements, particularly in the discipline of engineering. Maheswari College might have a more personalized education with smaller classes but not as recognizable or as strong in placement assistance as JNTU Kukatpally. Altogether, if you are really interested in engineering, the JNTU Kukatpally is taken to be a better one.

NRI students are not strictly required to write the TS EAMCET to gain admission into Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad. JNTU provides an NRI quota for students, allowing direct admissions for eligible NRI applicants without needing to participate in the TS EAMCET examination. However, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria, including valid performance in their 10+2 exams or equivalent qualifications.

With a rank of 43,000 in the OBC category in JEE Mains, it is unlikely to secure admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at JNTU Kakinada. Historically, the closing rank for CSE under the OBC category at JNTU Kakinada is significantly lower, typically around 2,000-4,000 depending on the specific year and seat allocation phase. However, you may consider other branches or colleges with higher cutoffs or explore private institutions if CSE is your priority.

To get admission to a four-year MBA course, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Admission to MBA is entirely entrance-based. Candidates are offered admission based on a valid score obtained in APICET exam. AP ICET is conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. Further, candidates who qualify for this exam are called for the counselling process. However, candidates can always opt for other entrance exams for admission to MBA such as TSICET/MAT/XAT/CAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA.
