The JNU BSc eligibility criteria is as follows: Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed at least Class 12 or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate.For JNU admission, candidates are required to appear for the CUET-UG entrance examination for undergraduate courses, the CUET-PG entrance examination for PG courses and the entrance examination conducted by the university for the PhD course.Bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 50% marks in Social sciences and 55% marks for those who have Bachelor's Degree in Science and technology disciplines.

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is a national entrance exam administered by the National Testing Agency to candidates for admission to postgraduate (PG) and undergraduate (UG) programs at Central, State, and other participating universities.
CUET-UG is accepted by JNU for admission to its BA (Hons.) in Foreign Languages, B.Sc-M.Sc Integrated programs in Ayurvedic Biology, and Certificate of Proficiency courses. For the academic year 2022, JNU R5 closing cutoff rank ranges between 12 and 125. The University also released the first, second, third, fourth and fifth merit lists officially on the JNU's official website for BA (Hons) courses. Yes, to be eligible for JNU Advanced Diploma courses, candidates must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent examinations. Hence, Class 12 pass-outs can pursue this course. Additionally, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a rrecognized board. For document verification, the academic mark sheets and pass certificate shall be kept handy during the application form filling and admission confirmation.
