MIT does not consider JEE Mains marks at all. They take you on basis of your rank in the MU OET. There no negative marking so you can use 90% of the time to solve the paper properly as well as you can and last 5 to 10 mins to randomly select any option for the remaining questions. You might get at least 5 to 6 marks out of the 20 odd guesses and that will make a huge difference in your Manipal rank. Prepare well nonetheless.

In case you don't get a good college on the basis of this rank, then you can opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc offering B.Tech CSE.
They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of your marks in class 12. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis o
