Hello dear, your marks are too low for getting any government colleges, but you may apply for private colleges. Your marks are decent for getting good private colleges. Apply for JOSSAA counseling.

Yes, if you start preparing for JEE Mains now then you have lots of time for preparation of exam. But never stop the practice and better than you may join a coaching for some time then start revision before 1 month of exam. But self practice gives you better results.
Best of luck.

Yes, they will accept you but you have to score well in MU OET.
MIT does not consider JEE Mains marks at all. They take you on basis of your rank in the MU OET. There no negative marking so you can use 90% of the time to solve the paper properly as well as you can and last 5 to 10 mins to randomly select any option for the remaining questions. You might get at least 5 to 6 marks out of the 20 odd guesses and that will make a huge difference in your Manipal rank. Prepare well nonetheless.
All the best.

In case you don't get a good college on the basis of this rank, then you can opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc offering B.Tech CSE.
They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of your marks in class 12. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis o

You will definitely get NIT, IIIT and BIT-Mesra. If you prefer CS you will get it, you just have to shortlist some NITs and IIITs as per your choice. Check with the previous year's cut-offs of various colleges. Take some time write down the possibilities and apply for it.
Good luck.
Again you will get your desired branch.
Good luck.
