Hello Harshit,
It is very difficult to get a seat in a government college for B.Tech under JEE counseling as your score is too low for general category. You may try for other colleges via entrance exams or board exam marks.

If you want to get admission only in IIT or NIT, then you should drop one year, otherwise, try for better private colleges.
