If you are from general category then you will get nothing with this score, however, if you are of another category then you might be eligible for the Advanced exam. Official answer key will be released soon.
Best of luck.

Well, this year most of the people are scoring between 80-100. So, with 70 marks, you can expect around 80k-90k.

It depends on which college you are applying to. MHCET will give you admissions only in state of Maharashtra, whereas JEE Mains and JEE Advanced will help you get admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTs i.e. Government Funded Institutes

Depends on your category. If you are from general category, you might not get any NIT with these marks. Prepare for Advance, and do well to create better chances for you.

Every year the cutoff and rank criteria changes as per the no. of participants, difficulty level of questions and so many other factors which college does not reveal. Still as per the previous years cutoff criteria, we can assume what can be this year's cutoff criteria. Because it's generally near to it. Here are the previous years opening and closing ranks of ECE students. Andhra Pradesh students 3807 - 3982
Home State students 1541- 4950
Other State students 2405 -3778.
