Yes, you can get a seat in DTU. As you are from the reserve category, your Mains cut-off score is very low.

As you belong to general category, it is difficult to get a good college with just 74 marks. So, you may try to get admission via any other entrance exams or your board exam marks.

You might get NIT - Srinagar, Patna but you should focus on advance.

You have got 134 marks in JEE Mains. You will easily get good college. Well, I think you might get NITs also. If you have any reservation.

In government college, it seems to be impossible as CSE is the first preference of the students so all the college seats get full first, but in private colleges, you can easily get a seat.

Getting NIT won't be possible, but yes, in some state government colleges, you can easily get admission.

I don't want to demoralize you, but if you want a government college with this score, it seems to be impossible, but yes if you want a private college then on the basis of these marks, you can get a college of your choice.

You can get the rank only when the result will be announced officially. Or, you can use rank predictor also. Use Shiksha rank predictor. Also, you can get the college, as your marks are good, but the cutoff is not released, so you have to wait. You can get the college, but if it is very near to the cutoff, then it might be difficult, and you are eligible for the Advanced exam. But, if you have score more than the cutoff, then the chances are high.
