Hello friend,
The cut-off for JEE Mains is different for different categories. For General It is 74 Marks, for OBC-NCL Student it is 45, For SC student it is 29, For ST, it is 24 and For PWD, it is -35. I hope this will help you.

You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT University. JEE Main rank has nothing to do with VIT so it's not possible. If you are thinking about any government college, then maybe you should try harder next time. You can go for any private college but I would rather suggest you to try harder again next year.
