For all india seats, JEE marks are considered.

Hello Gyanendre,
If you filled the form of any government college then wait for the results and if not then apply for Galgotias University-Delhi which is the best for CSE.
Apply for GEEE, last date to apply is 30th May and then appear in exam on 11th June and go for it.

If you have a good percentage in 12th as well, by good I mean like 90+; then there are chances that you can get into a NIT. Moreover, CSE is a highly prioritized branch, for that you can go for your home state NIT. And the chances increase if you get category reservation.
