Best option differs from person to person. It's an opportunity for you to introspect and review your strengths and weaknesses. If you feel like it, take a break of 1-year, prepare once again and give JEE Mains next year. Else select management quota of private engineering colleges option or change your stream.

You have almost nil chances in govt colleges. Your only chance is to get admission via management quota of private engineering colleges. Else, you can take break and appear next year.

As per your marks in JEE Mains, you will not get any good colleges in the above states, so try attempting their own CET examinations for better colleges.
