Hello,
As per your own estimate you are likely to get less than 50% marks. IIITs are most sought-after Institutions for those appearing for JEE Mains. I feel you have very less chances in getting admission.

Prepare for JEE Advanced, you can definitely get a seat in IIT if you put a little more effort.

As per the closing rank given by Josaa you must secure the required marks so that your rank is in between 1-20k or maximum 30k, then only you can get into NITs.

No, I don't think you'll get any government colleges. But still you have options like UPSEE, IPU-CET and JEE Advanced.
