I can understand your angst of preparing and appearing for different exams. It takes it's toll. Hence, MHA is pushing for single exam across India on lines of NEET. If it happens, it will be a red letter day.

It's actually quite simple. Dedicated and sincere studies coupled with exercise and and an avenue for relaxation. Also aim for understanding and not by heart.

I am impressed by your dreams and desire to work for that dream.
Syllabus for JEE Mains is same as CBSE syllabus for 12th. If possible take admission in CBSE affiliated school. Assign time for each subject everyday, Assign time for exercise everyday. Start learning something new for relaxing like playing an instrument, singing, painting etc.

You mentioned that you have appeared in JEE then you have wish to be an engineer. So, don't drop your dream according to your marks.
Hope if you joined engineering you always tops in your branch so you may go through LNCTE Bhopal best for you

Also, you have a good chance to get electronics and communication engineering. It is a highly demanded course and there will be a lot of competition in that course. So try it anyway.
