The cutoff's for different branches are:
Sector 62,
CSE: 80k
ECE: 130k
IT: 1L
Sector 128,
CSE: 1.5L
ECE: 3L
So if your JEE ranks lie somewhere in between you will get admission

You are eligible for admission. The real question is whether you will be able to get the desired campus. The cutoff's for different branches are:
Sector 62,

CSE: 1.5L
ECE: 3L
So if your JEE ranks lie somewhere in between you will get admission.

If you are sure that you can score more than 43 marks then you should drop and do hard work as much as possible but remember that you have to score 200+ in JEE main it should be a safe side for you. All the best!

this year dte is considering 85% of CET and just 15% of JEE marks.I think u should go for all India counseling.u will get a NIT there.best of luck

For IITs,you need to qualify JEE Advanced. With JEE main you can get admission in NITs and other private colleges.
