According to your marks and category, it will be very tough for you to get any branch in NIT-Silchar. If you got 10-15 marks more then this, you will get some branch there. But with your HS category, you might get some preference. So wait tilll the last round.
All the best!

Till last year, rank was determined not only by the score in JEE Mains but by combining with some formula, marks obtained in 12th also. As a result, it was quite common to see those who scored higher in JEE Mains finding themselves lower in rank compared with those who scored less in JEE Mains! And, of course vice versa too.
To avoid this, from this year, the ranking will be exclusively on the score of JEE Mains. Hence, there will be direct co-relation between the rank & score of JEE Mains.

Since boards marks are not taken into consideration from this year, so based on your marks and category it will be tough for you to get admission in DTU or NSIT. But, from this year no seats are going to be vacant so wait until the last round, you may get some lower branches there.
Best wishes!

As per your JEE marks, your chances are really slim to get any top reputed colleges. So, it is better if you start preparing for your other examinations that you may have applied for.
Best wishes

If you are an OBC, SC or ST candidate then, you will be qualified but if you are an OC candidate then you are not qualified. If you are an OBC candidate then, marks are not sufficient to get a seat. But you can try for JEE Advance and if you are an SC or ST candidate then, you have least chances of getting a seat. All the best.
