Admission in NSIT depends only on the scores in boards and mains. Getting COE in NSIT seems tough with 147 in mains unless you have a category. Although you can surely get computer engineering in some college of IP university with a rank of 1997.

Yes he can surely get admission in NSIT although the branch remains uncertain. With the mentioned scores he can get ECE and if you are a delhiite it would help a lot. Even if you are not you can get ice or other branches like MPAE, mechanical etc.

I am assuming you mean NSIT. Although I hardly have any idea about the Telangana board, 98% seems quite a decent score. I think you can get CS in NSIT and if you are from Delhi, it would be a lot better.

Deeraj,based on your school,it is a tough call to get admission in government colleges but you can get admission in various premier institutes and can avail high scholarship.these institutes are doing exceptionally well and are ranked among the top institutes of this country.here are some of these institutes where you can get admission based on your score.you can also enhance your scholarship by scoring good rank in their entrance examination.some of the institutes are recommended for you:

I think. It's no. because u have not clear the cutt off of jee. bt u can go through various state level engineering entrance exams.
