Yes you can got it. You have slightly less marks in Jee however you have a fair chance to get admission in NITs. You can also try IIITs, for it you have to apply separately to individual IIIT.

It'll be difficult to get into NIT-H with these amount of marks. Your predicted rank should be around 100000. If you have a quota SC/ST, then you will get admission into NIT Hamirpur. Otherwise it will be a little bit difficult. But you have to try because you have a chance of getting admission in the college in the later rounds of CSAB.

In private colleges.

as ur marks are very less. i don't think u cam get any govt colleges. even in private colleges minimum criteria is 60%. try for manipal. there is hope.

with ur mains score u can not get admission in Hyderabad iit

Hi Sahil, I think you will get something around 450000 rank in Mains. Considering that, if you are from outside delhi then you will not get any branch. look out for some NITs with less cut off. or some government colleges. good luck.
