yes u can get. u can google for jee mains college predictor. many sites are offering rank and college predictor in net so u can go for it. good luck.

No. There is no seat through JEE-mains. You can get admission only by NRI quota. But in NRI quota you can pay 4.5 lacs yearly fees.

You are eligible to fill form for admission in PDPU. However your admission depends on the merit number you will receive after you fill up the form.

Admission in IIT is not based on 12th percentage it only depends on your Advanced rank. Since i don't know how was this year's paper but still at 150/372 its very hard to get good branch in any IIT. Also i'm not sure but the 12th percentage issue may also arise as one must have above 75% in boards.
