Hi Ajinkya!
I don't want to give you false hopes.
But, with your 64% in cbse board it is too difficult for you to get a seat at NIT Raipur despite of the fact that it lies in your home state.
Though, You can try for Extra Spot Round but the chances are less.
I would suggest you to try for some good private colleges instead. I have suggested you some of them.

Can't really say anything for sure but if you opt for a branch that is less desired and if you have a state quota definitely you can get in SVNIT or MNIT
