Hello ! since you have not done well in JEE mains , dont worry there are still many colleges who conducts their own entrance examination.These colleges are doing equally good as top Government institutions,so why to waste your precious one year when you are having a good colleges to get admission.rather you can invest your one year in some research work.here are some of the colleges where you can get admission:

Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in Government institutes.Although there are private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:
1.BITS
2.Lovely Professional University
3.Symbiosis
Along with good education,these also provides good platform to boost their skills .These universities provides assured placements along with high standards of education.

You are eligible to take admission in MIT Pune but getting a seat in CSE is doubtful as it depends on multiple factors like number of students applying for it or the cutoff.
