to join anna university, u should have residential cerficate of the same state. and as i know about this university, u should apply for TNEA 2016 only then u can join.

No. You will have to get more marks to get into the college. Your rank will be around 3,00,000 which is very very low. Last year cut-off rank was around 10,000. Study hard and get better marks in JEE Mains.
