IIIT Allahabad accepts JEE Main scores for the admission to BTech and BTech Integrated courses. Candidates preparing for IIIT Allahabad are only required to appear for the JEE Main entrance exam. Students who secure above the 75 percentile in JEE Main 2025 will have fair chances to secure a seat at the institute. Further, they need to start preparing for the counselling session. Yes, you can get admission at NIT Arunachal Pradesh with a 40000 rank if you belong to the General AI category. As per the NIT Arunachal Pradesh cutoff 2026, the round 1 cutoff for this category ranged from 29057 to 51796. Hence, getting admission could be possible to a few branches.

Yes, you can get admission at NIT Silchar with a rank of 25000 if you belong to the General AI category. The NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2026 was released for the first round for different AI and HS quota categories.
For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 12260 to 43449. For the General HS category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 25504 to 72154. See the table below to know the available courses for both quotas.

The JEE Main results applicable for B.E./B.Tech admission at BGKV are based on the NTA announcements:
Session 1 (January 2025) result was declared on February INR 11, 2025 .
Session 2 (April 2025) result was released on April 18, 2025 .
Use whichever session gives you the higher percentile for the ACPC counselling and BGKV seat allocation.

The JEE Main 2025 results, which are used for admission to Rustamji Institute of Technology (RJIT), were declared in two phases. The results for Session 1 (January exam) were announced on February 11, 2025, while the Session 2 (April exam) results were released on April 18, 2025. RJIT considers the best JEE Main score from both sessions for admission through MP DTE counseling. These result dates mark the start of the counseling and seat allocation process for B.E./B.Tech programs at RJIT.

Of course. You can get admission to the BTech ECE course without appearing for the JEE Main exam. There are various other state/college-level entrance tests for admission, like Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, KCET, TS EAMCET, and COMEDK UGET. In addition, there are more than 1,000 colleges in India that take students on the basis of Class 12 scores.
