Yes, there are a wide number of similarities in the COMEDK UGET and JEE Main syllabus, however COMEDK UGET has two extra subjects which are not a part of JEE Main syllabus - Biology and English. Furthermore, Some topics are important in COMEDK UGET Examination and not too important in the JEE Mains examination or vice versa. So it is important to analyse the entire syllabus to ensure that no topics in any of the two examinations are skipped or missed.
To know more about the COMEDK UGET Examination or JEE Mains Examination, candidates can refer to the official website or Shiksha.

The AEEE syllabus differs from the JEE syllabus. It is important for candidates to understand that AEEE and JEE Mains are two distinct exams with different objectives. While JEE Mains is held for admission to NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs, AEEE is held for admission to B.Tech programmes on Amrita University campuses. Regarding the syllabus, while class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics topics are shared by both AEEE and Mains, some topics are included in Mains but not in AEEE. Additionally, English is not included in the JEE Main curriculum, although it is in the AEEE syllabus and exam. Furthermore, JEE is far more demanding
