It will depend on which category you come from?

It depends on which branch you want to take admission in?

Because the cut off of JEE Mains depends on the category, the general has a separate OBC and ST, SC

And in12th must have minimum 60% marks.

Cut for SC student is 51 so approximately 60+ percentile is needed to get in NIT Hamirpur because its ranked 100 - 150 B.Tech college in India.

Yes, you easily get admission in Chikara University, Himachal Pradesh, for B.Tech because the minimum of 75 percentile and 60 % marks in 12th (Science stream)  can get admission in this college. so, you can easily graduate good branch like CSE, IT, CSE etc. at this 88 percentile.
