78percentile is too low to get any of the NITs. You can apply to state engineering colleges of your home state through state counselling. You may get that. Hope this was helpful.

Hello Meet, according to your percentile, your approximate rank is 66,000. So, you will end up scoring 66k rank or somewhere around that. If you have home state quota, then you will definitely get an NIT. But I suggest you wait for official result. But you will definitely get lower NIT.

Dear candidate, At 71 percentile your JEE Main rank will be around 250000-300000. You can't give JEE Advanced and you can't get admission in NIT/GFTIs at this rank. You should apply in State Engineering Colleges or try to get admission in private colleges like: Amity University.
