Hi, you can easily calculate percentage from the score. There is difference between percentile and percentage. The percentage refers to the unit of measurement indicating, for every hundred. Percentile implies a value, at or below which a specific proportion of the observations lies. The word percentage is a combination of two words, per cent, I. e. per hundred or /100, signifying out of 100. In mathematical terminology, out of refers to divide by. For instance, 30% denotes 30 per 100, which can be expressed as a fraction (30/100), or as a decimal (0.30). N Statistics percentile refers to the point on a measurement scale, at or below which a specified percentage of the cases lies. The percentile rank of a score, implies the proportion of scores in a frequency distribution, that the marks obtained are more than or equal to. It reflects how a score compared to other scores in the given dataset.

Mathematics Difficult level. It was calculative and lengthy. Questions were asked from matrices, Probability Sequence and Series integration and diffferentiation, straighline and hyper parabola topics. 1 question was asked from binomial while the paper had 2 questions from Statistics. Physics Easy level. 2 questions were asked from Newton's law and other covered topics were modern Physics communication, semiconductor topics. Chemistry Easy level. Questions were NCERT based. 3-4 questions were asked from organic while the paper also had good number of questions from physical Chemistry chemical kinetics topics. Shift-1
Mathematics Easy to Moderate level. It was calculative and lengthy. 1 question asked from Statistics while the paper had less questions from matrices part. Physics Moderate level. 2 questions were asked from semiconductor and a few from Kinematics as well. Chemistry Easy level. Questions were NCERT based. It had more weightage of organic Chemistry. 10-12 questions were asked from organic Chemistry section while 1-2 questions were from Physical Chemistry.

To pursue marine engineering after Class 12th in Chennai, one must follow the following steps:
Complete Class 12th with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects. Appear for JEE Main and clear the cutoff for admission to top Marine Engineering colleges in India. Note: There are also Diploma courses available in marine engineering for those who do not have a background in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12th.
