According to CSABs notification dated March 22, For the candidates to qualify for admission in the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and such Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) whose admissions are based on JEE ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class exam conducted by the respective boards. For SC, ST students, the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th Class exam. So your 12th aggregate marks should not be less than 75% if belongs to general/OBC.

As you are aware, the National Testing Agency NTA conducts the JEE exam for admission to premium IITs. The JEE Main Result 2022 has been released, and the cutoff is usually of two types: qualifying and admission. The qualifying cut-off will comprise the minimum score that aspirants need to secure to be eligible for JEE Advanced. Recently, NTA has released scores in percentile that show that for general category candidates, the cut off for JEE Advanced 2022 is 88.4 percentile. According to the information given by you, if you are a general category candidate, you cannot appear for JEE Advanced. But if you belong to any category whose cutoff rank is less than 81 percentile, then you are eligible for the advanced stage. Like the OBC (non-creamy layer) cut off, which stands at 67, for SC it is 43 and for ST it stands at 26.7. While for the EWS category candidates, the cut-off this time is 63.11.
