No, SRM does not take admission based on the JEE Mains marks. It is a private college and has its own exams. However, you can write the entrance exam for SRM and you can get admission into it.

Hello Praveen, I am must say that you have obtained excellent percentile in JEE Main examination. With this percentile and your category, I'm sure you should get the branch of your desire. However I would advise you to download college predictors available on the net. Hello Ashwin Kumar, I must say that you have obtained an excellent percentile and with this percentile you can get admission in any course. On top of it if you are from EWS category then I am sure your desire will be fulfilled. But to come to your query, it is just not possible for anyone other than National testing agency to declare or even imagine what could be the ranking at this percentile.
