Yes, you can get a seat in sastra as you didn't mention any branch. So, you can apply and you can get your seat in sastra.

I would say try to go for counseling. If there is slight chance till last round or spot round. Although At this percentile there is less hope for Getting into NIT's.

The given college name is not so clear. However if you are asking about L. D. College of Engineering Ahmadabad. Than the admission in asked college is done through the ACPC Gujarat. Further your Board marks and JEE Main percentile is good enough for getting admission here.

Opt for COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING PUNE. It is government college and you can easily get. It is 3rd ranked college in Maharashtra. Its faculty and placement are very good

You expected JEE Main AIR is about 74257. Getting CSE in NITs is difficult at this percentile. However you can get Chemical or MME at NIT Srinagar under other state quota.

Admission Criteria of Rajeev Gandhi Government Engineering College Kangra for B.Tech courses :
1. The admission to the first 50% of the seats shall be made on the basis of merit/rank/score obtained in Joint Entrance Examination (Main)-2020 hereinafter referred as JEE (Main)-2020}.
