SEE you will get colleges at lower rank as well but That college is not the NITs, If you want to take a gap and you have chance to appear for JEE Mains again next year then I suggest you to prepare But if you want to take admission this year then I am sending you an authentic link from where you check which colleges you are getting at your rank or percentile. You should look into the National Rail and Transportation Institute. It is a university set up by the Indian Railways and it offers 2 B.Tech. Courses. The university gets very good faculty from IITs and Iims and has also been providing its students with excellent placement opportunities.

Congratulations. There are many chances that you will be getting a seat in IIT's and NIT's in courses like CSE, Electronics. Even with this percentile you can easily get into some of the top Universities in our country like VIT, SRM etc. All the best!
