Thank you for showing interest in Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town Planning. Our college is approved by Council of Architecture and affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University. Yes, you can get admission in B.Arch and the eligibility criteria to take admission in B.Arch is 10+2 pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/ University with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with more than 50% marks. All admissions to Architecture degree course shall be subject to the passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE Main 2nd paper. In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Hope you are doing well. It's quite tough to get NIT with 1853 OBC rank but there is a possibility you will get it because the ranks of NITs limits to 2000.

Hope you are doing well. No, there isn't any college which gives admission on the basis of 12th marks for architecture. Every college needs at least your appearance in NATA. NATA is a compulsory examination and also only a few colleges offer admission through JEE Mains paper 2. So, in order to get admission, you need to take NATA.
