Hey Abhinandan,
You have too low score in JEE mains but an excellent score in your board exams. You may not get a good college based on your JEE score but your board marks will help. You can check out the following colleges as they are having best placement and ranking from the industry.

You can get admission in various colleges based on your score.you many not get Government institute as their cutoff is little high but there are some premier institutes that provides high scholarship based on your score in their entrance examination.you can apply for admission in such colleges by visiting their website.these are IIT,NIT,BITS ,Lovely Professional University etc.I have read that lovely Professional University provides the highest scholarship ,it provides aroung 1.5 scholarship per annum.

Your score is very low for admission into NITs. You need to score 140+ marks in JEEMains for admission into NITs.

I am not sure of you getting top NITs but you can get NIT Srinagar, NIT Silchar, SVNIT with your given marks. Other than these you can also get the below mentioned colleges

Vishvajeet !answer this question would be tough as it totally a personal decision.in my opinion,you must go for some premier private institute that are doing exceptionally well.They along with good education provides an assured placements.so why to waste an year when you can invest that time i research and projects.here are following such institutes where they provide you an international exposure to shape your career in an excellent manner.i have recommended some colleges.Lovely Professional University venture in their students an unmatched entrepreneurial skills that make their students an easily employable.

With this score you can't get any govt institute but in private ones you can get good colleges like Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotia, UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong & MNIT Bhopal.
