Yes, you can enter PAU for B.Tech without your JEE marks. You have to give their CET (Common Entrance Test). The last day for the same is 11th May and with late fees its 18 May.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. It depends upon which branch you wish for. There are 100% chance if you wish to have EEE, Chemical like core branches. And fair chances to get into IITs, wait till last round of counselling.

Hello Sanika, Candidates need to be Indian nationals to be eligible to apply for admission in UG programmes offered at ICT. Apart from this, aspirants should have cleared their qualifying examination (having Science subjects) with atleast 50% aggregate marks if they are from General category. Yes, you need to. AI is a stream of Engineering in which either Integrated course of AI or B.Tech in Robotics is available in India. But most of the colleges which provides AI designing contains Integrated course facility. Admission is these colleges is through counselling based on the marks / rank obtained in JEE Mains or any college based entrance exam. These colleges include :
1. LPU, Jalandhar
2. Amity University, Gurgaon
3. IIIT Bangalore
4. IIIT Hyderabad
or some other state colleges

As there is no FIITJEE, Bansal, etc. you should go for GATEFORUM or Engineers Academy. They are really good.

You can join private universities like VIT, Manipal and SRM because your JEE score is not too good for any good government college. You should try for private ones rather than the government colleges.

It depends on your branch preference and also which IITs you consider as "good". Cutoffs are much higher in old IITs of Delhi, Kanpur and Bombay than the newly opened ones. JEE Board offered ranks to students scoring above 123 marks in JEE '14 which went approximately to AIR 19000.
However, general category students only up to AIR 9000 were considered for counselling and no student with AIR above 7500 got any branch in any IIT. The cutoffs in JEE are increasing drastically every year - and there is no fixed cutoff. The maximum marks and type of paper is also unpredictable.
