Here admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) for the 70% of the total seats (reserved for Maharashtra state candidates only). Admission for the remaining 30% of the seats (All India seats) is through counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains. And if you think of Management quota seats then there is NO management quota for ICT Mumbai. Basically, here admission is mainly based on JEE score. But from 2018 Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology will also accept UCEED score for B.Tech.
So, if you are Delhi candidate then you can get admission in here based on your UCEED score because IIIT Delhi gives admission in Bachelor's programme for COMPUTER SCIENCE & DESIGN (B.Tech in CSD) through UCEED to a DELHI candidate only.

Hello Shiv,
There is no registration fee for taking part in JOSSA counselling. But after getting a seat if you want to accept the seat you have to pay seat acceptance fee and after getting admission through JOSSA conuselling your paid money will be considered as admission fee. Example:- If you paid (x) as seat acceptance fee and institute in which you are going to take admission charging you (y) as an admission fee, then you have to pay (y-x) for admission. You can visit to this link for getting full details about JEE Mains counselling procedure 2018 :-

Just minimum of 75 Percent if you are from CBSE. It's a threshold score for IIT. Better to be above this score. And till now, syllabus hasn't been changed much.
