It depends on the selection of courses you choose as B.Tech in Information Technology cutoffs usually go higher. I think for other courses it should not be a problem to get admission in VGEC Ahemdabad. During the Vishwakarma Government Engineering College BE/BTech cutoff 2024, the last-round closing ranks ranged between 900390 and 904358 for the General AI category students.

With 977 points on your state board examination and an 86 percantile in JEE Mains , you have a good probability of being admitted to SASTRA Universitys CSE program or the CSE specialization . in admissions, the university takes into account both Jee results and academic standing. Although an 86 percentile is succesful , cutoffs change every year, so its better to check out SASTRA Universitys website for the most recent entrance requirements or to get in touch with their admissions office to figure out the exactly what you are qualified for.

Yes, you can take admission in the B.Tech programme at Modern College of Engineering without JEE scores. Admissions are also based on the MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for candidates from Maharashtra. For candidates from outside Maharashtra or those applying under All India Quota, JEE Main scores are typically considered, but MHT-CET is an alternative for Maharashtra candidates.

To fill your seats through JEE for B.Tech but it mostly takes the candidates on their performance in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) to get into L D College of Engineering without JEE. Admission process at LDCE:LD College of Engineering which is a government engineering college reserves substantial seats for the students qualifying through GUJCET, state level entrance examination. While it also accepts JEE Main scores for a fraction of the total number upcoming academic seats, GUJCET is essentially accepted Gujarat state residents.
