The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

Your school board really doesn't matter. All students, irrespective of their education board, need to appear for the JEE to get a good college. The ranks decide who qualify for the admission and who doesn't. You can choose whichever board you want. Hence, we can conclude there is not much difference between CBSE and Jharkhand board.

All students from the ICSE/CBSE and state board are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.
Moreover, both the boards are good at their respective levels. Hence, the ball lies on your court.
