Fee depends on whether you want to study UG or PG and which specific county outside India. You can check these links for some details. Scholarships outside India are given on merit and full scholarship is very rare for international students unless you are extraordinarily brilliant. In order to pursue Journalism in India, you can opt for a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Hi there, I hope you are doing well. I feel you first need to calm yourself. Whatever happened is not a big deal. It happens with many people and you are one amongst them. You need not worry at all. I suggest you to reappear in boards to clear your subject. Just a passing marks will be enough to proceed further. There are number of good colleges and universities which gives admission in just 50%. You already fit in this criteria all you need is calming yourself to re-appear for clearing your maths.
Remember if you do well in your college by attaining good marks in every semester, performing in cultural activities, doing your assignments

Various options are available for you to choose from. In New Zealand, you must enroll and complete a PG Diploma or a Graduate Certificate before you apply for a masters. You can check for programs in Journalism, Media Studies, International Journalism, Journalism Media and Globalisation, Professional Writing, Creative Studies, Broadcast Journalism and many more.
