It is better to study journalism from a good college as diploma courses and don't stop the regular degree, continue in both. If you have chance to go a government job go with regular degree or continue in journalism.

For becoming a news anchor, you must have a Bachelors or Master's degree in journalism or related field. Many courses have been designed to enhance the skill of aspirants.
You can also take communication classes for that in a well-recognized university.

According to me, you need to have many travel experiences to get selected as a travel journalist. When we talk about scope, it's not a plain yes or no. It's hard to make a career as a travel journalist. But if you are open to experiences and hard work then you will definitely do well.

Entry requirements vary with universities across the globe. While you must hold a relevant degree you must have met the academic grade requirements and must have taken tests such as IELTS or TOEFL. A career after mass communication and journalism requires commitment, dedication and sacrifice of personal time for the sake of staying on front or top, particularly in news industry.
