Government colleges are better if you want to get admission in a college with that kind of fees. One thing that you should do is get good marks in 10+2, if it is around 90-100%, you can easily get 60-100% scholarship in any private university. You should prepare for entrance exams if you plan to take admission in government universities such as Delhi University.

At present, LL.B. Distance education is not valid in India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) still does not recognize the LL.B. Degree through ODL mode. Therefore, candidates who pursue LL.B. Degrees in distance learning mode won't be endorsed as legitimate lawyers. Good luck.
