According to me, you can apply but you cannot take admissions in both the courses together. You have to choose one field.

You have to clear the CUET for central university and if you choose state university then admissions process decided by the colleges, you can pursue the any Bachelor course but on your risk, if yoy choose two course and semester exam date will be same then you are responsible, college will not be responsible for such type of chaos.
