Yes, you can pursue Journalism after B.Com. Many institute offer Master and Diploma course in Journalism, which you can pursue. Check the admission process. Institute like NIMCJ, Seamedu etc.

The fee would differ from college to college may be private and government, it depends on whatever you choose to be a part of
Average fee of mass communication and journalism in our country is from 2.5L to 5L INR.

Yes, you can do Masters in Journalism and mass communication after doing your B.Com from any desirable universities you like to go. You can also apply for Diploma course for specialised areas in mass communication and journalism like PR, media management, photography etc.
