Hi Tanvi,
Admission process varies from across colleges. Some of the colleges also provide direct admission based on the candidate's performance at the 10+2 level. Some of the colleges accept admission on the basis of the performance in a relevant entrance test.

Fees vary from Institute to Institute. Private Institutes charges on their own terms and conditions and Government Institutes/Colleges on their own. You need to mention if you want to know about any particular Institute or organization.

Basic eligibility for admission to an M.A. Programme in Journalism is a Bachelor degree in Journalism and/or Mass Communication with a minimum of 50% marks. Certain universities may admit students from other streams as well but it is completely a university's discretion.
