Generally, all Journalism and Mass Communication courses are Under Graduate and Post Graduate. For Under Graduate degree you have to pass class 12th exam. My suggestion for you to pass class 12th exam and then apply for Under Graduate (3 years) programme in Journalism and Mass Communication.
