Yes, it is a decent college. The admissions are done on the basis of an aptitude test conducted by Delhi University. You can apply online on DU's official website before 7th June.

As Delhi College Of Arts and Commerce is under the University of Delhi, therefore, the admission is done on the basis of academics marks scored by the candidate. Candidate only get admitted if he/she clears the cut-off lists released by the college. There is no such possibility of taking direct admission in DCAC in any course offered by the college.

For taking admission at DU the candidate have to go through a pervasive selection process, DU conducts an entrance exam for the same, then according to the rank candidates are provided with the eligible college.
