Picking the "the best" course at Kannur University depends! While B.Tech is popular because of job prospects, consider your interests too. The university offers a wide range of programs in Business, Arts, Law, and Education besides Engineering. Explore B.Tech specializations - maybe one sparks your interest! Check placement data for B.Tech programs at affiliated colleges. Remember, a popular programme might not be your perfect fit. Research other programs you like and see if they match your career goals.

Earning your B.Tech at Kannur University-affiliated colleges is budget-friendly. The total cost is around Rs. 2.6 Lakhs spread over four years under the KTU scheme (entrance via KEAM exam). This is lower than many private institutions. There's also a reduced fee for those entering the second year (lateral entry) and scholarships can significantly reduce costs. Considering the facilities offered, it's a good value. Keep in mind though, that specific fees can vary by college (government colleges might be even lower) and living expenses are extra. Do your research to find the best fit for your budget.

B.Tech placements at Kannur University are decent, but not exceptional. Around 30% of students landed jobs in 2022 with an average salary of 2.5 Lakhs per year. Recruiters include companies like Axis Bank and BSNL. Consider this alongside academics and campus life when making your decision.

College has all the required amenities,  placements around 50-60% and supportive teachers and satisfactory lab facilities. It follows KTU scheme. The highest placement package offered was INR 19LPA. Facilities like classrooms, labs library, canteen, auditorium, Wifi hostel facilities, and sports facilities are available in the college. Course curriculum is relevant making students industry-ready. Though the placements are not high, companies like Reliance, Deloitte, Agesis, HCL etc. visits the campus. Considering all these it is good for B.Tech.

From what I've found and heard from others, life at Kannur University appears to be going rather well. There, students take pleasure in their studies, particularly in programs like MCA, B.Tech, and B.Com. Learning is made engaging by teachers, who are regarded as excellent.

The school is well-equipped with large classrooms, cutting-edge teaching resources, and first-rate libraries. Exams and results are taking a little longer than expected, which is a problem.

Getting employment after graduation is a bit of a mixed bag. Certain departments assist students in landing good jobs, particularly at Infosys and Wipro. However, it can be difficu
