B.Tech Fees in Kannur University

The tuition fees for B.Tech in Kannur University are 1.4 Lacs for the Computer Science and Engineering course, through 120 seats for other engineering courses.

For the other engineering disciplines, the total fees structure is about 2.6 lakh, spread out over four years (8 semesters) by the KTU scheme, under admission through the KEAM entrance exam. Compared to many private institutions, it is comparatively reasonable.

B.Tech Students in University of Kannur

This year, the university will be enrolling around 65,000 students for various programs for the 2023-24 academic year, and though the number of students enrolled under the B.Tech is not provided, numerous engineering programs are being offered at the university, with its Computer Science and Engineering programme boasting a total of 120 seats.

The KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) entrance test is used to establish Kannur University's B.Tech admission cutoffs and rankings change every year depending on variables including applicant volume, exam difficulty and seat availability

For example, the KEAM cutoff ranks for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering programme at the associated Government College of Engineering Kannur in 2023 were as follows:

Merit of the State (SM): 3546
SC Classification: 15372
ST: 23456
The minimal scores needed to be admitted into particular programs and categories are indicated by these ranks.

The following are the requirements for admission to the Kannur University's B.Tech program:

Educational Requirement: Candidates must have passed a recognised board's 10+2 (or equivalent) exam.
Required Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics must be included as core subjects in the qualifying exam.
